Customer Service Associate - EMAIL ONLY (7310375)

Looking to hire a team member for our CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. This is a 6 month contract currently, but there are advancement opportunities within the company. They are a rapidly growing tech company with a small office in North Charleston.
Looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to respond to customers inquiries through email only - no phone calls!

  • At least one year of customer service or related experience

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms

  • Experience with Microsoft Office


  • At least two years of customer service or related experience

  • Experience troubleshooting problems

  • Experience working with customers via email

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality

  • Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
