Aerotek is presently seeking candidates with strong technical skills for contract roles at a leading eCommerce company in Seattle.
These HR Assistant positions will be responsible for the centralization and automation of manual tasks required to hire hourly workforce employees. You will perform administrative, repeatable tasks on a daily basis as well as perform quality audits of our outsourced vendor also performing administrative, repeatable tasks.
NOTE: These positions will require that candidates work both weekend days and require flexibility with shifts.

  • Manage and own daily tasks from start to finish

  • Escalate issues with either the process or tools required to complete the tasks

  • Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendors

  • Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership)

  • Apply good judgment to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear

  • Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates

  • Be a liaison between our field teams and our centralized support services

  • Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership)

The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and a desire to help drive process improvement. This job contributes to the company's success by enabling data-driven decision making that will drive high-volume hiring.
Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience which could include data analysis, HR, and/or Administrative support.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including ability to independently use Excel formulas including VLOOKUP

  • Experience analyzing data to identify trends

  • Experience interacting with cross-functional teams

  • Experience using an Application Tracking System (ATS)

  • Demonstrate effective problem solving skills
