Customer Complaint Analyst (7344199)

JOB TITLE: Research and Remediation Analyst

  • Will be reviewing written customer complaints from bank customers regarding a wide range of topics

  • Review customer correspondence and re-enter into system and route to the correct department for resolution

  • Requires attention to detail with good written communication and ability to operate multiple computer systems

  • At a minimum the candidate must have basic computer skills

  • Will be working very closely with their team


  • Monday - Friday

  • 8AM - 5PM OR 7AM - 4PM

  • $16-18/hr

  • Benefits offered


  • 3+ years of customer contact within financial services

  • 1+ year of banking experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
