This person will be responsible for answering customer calls in regards to assistance with identifying parts and estimating parts orders. They will also enter orders, provide parts pricing and availability. -Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic issues over the phone to help end user with repair of aerial work platforms -Answer Customer calls for assistance with parts identification, order entry and estimates for parts orders. -Provide spare parts numbers and prices as requested by the Customer. -Enter orders in real time for parts processing and shipment following Customer instructions. -Provide assistance and information to the Customer concerning parts availability, pricing, and incorrect orders. -Provide global offers and delivery time for specific parts orders. -Continuously maintain and update Customer information in the database as required. -Ensure a timely response follow up with Customer orders and requests as required. -Follow established escalation processes for Customer orders and requests as needed. -Record information for increasing total Customer satisfaction and suggestions to products and processes. -Always maintain Customer focus and professionalism when dealing both external and internal Customers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

This person must have three years of experience working with equipment (heavy industrial, construction, repair and maintenance on trucks). Strong customer service and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to walk customers through the process- critical listening skills are a must The ideal candidate in the past has been a former Navy or Air Force Aviation Mechanic that is looking to get out of the field and into an office role. Clear communication skills and very technologically sound
