TFE, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center to support Document, Records, and Information Management Services (DRIMS). The PM will serve as the primary contract manager for and be the authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Primary Responsibilities: The Program Manager will be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall contract performance to include safety, technical performance, and cost of the contract.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred and at least 15 years' related experience. Experience with large IDIQ program or similar experience with large multi-faceted task order Leadership in management, performance management, business management, and process management and change management + Proven ability to build and lead alliances and partnerships to accomplish common objectives Desired Skills + Previous NASA / & Records Management experience.

Certified Records Manager (CRM) or Certified Records Analyst (CRA) preferred
