Job Title: Systems Analyst (Gen)

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12 Months

Pay: $52/hour nonexempt

Our client has a need for a Senior Systems Analyst. If you have the background we are looking for, and you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with a leading company, we want to talk with you!

Description:

• Implementing vendor applications as well as in-house developed applications.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL databases.
• Ability to write scripts as well as some previous programming experience.
• Develop programming specifications and test plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a teem environment.

Qualifications:

Top “must have” skill sets (technical/functional) required
• Strong technical skills regarding databases
• Previous experience in the System Analyst role
• Experience working with vendors
• Degree in computer science.

“Nice to have” skill set
• Strong writing and verbal skills.
• Experience with real-time systems
• Experience with power industry
• Ability to state position but and ability to find common ground.
• Enjoys interacting with people.
