Support the development, deployment, and day to day management of the Construction IT program.
Provide guidance and direction on day-to-day activities and deliverables in the areas of Advanced Work Packages, Workface Planning, and Information Management to support program implementation. The Subcontractor will be responsible to ensure that the construction IT process is being implemented according to plan and that Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Work Package alignment is maintained through the lifecycle of the project using self-assessments and other measuring techniques.
Manage SQL Server databases
Configure and maintain database servers and processes
Monitor health and performance
Ensure high levels of performance and availability
Automate regular processes, track issues and document changes
Assist developers with necessary queries
Perform maintenance and support release deployment activities
Develop and maintain new and existing automation to improve efficiency
Interface and develop knowledge base for organizations supporting the Construction IT Program
Support Engineering, Procurement, and Construction develop aligned practices imbedded in their standard processes
Responsible for the safety, health, and continuous improvement of personnel
Oracle/SQL Server DBA, (Senior Engineer, CLIN03) as delineated in SOW-474387. Assignments will be reviewed and confirmed by the NNSA Capital Projects Director NCP Portfolio Management Office, or their designee.
An active DOE clearance is not initially required to perform assigned duties. Subcontract personnel must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "Q" security clearance. After award, the selected uncleared candidate may be required to apply for a DOE clearance.
