The Program Manager will manage the delivery of the project EHS-IMS that will cover the deployment of a SaaS technology to meet requirements from the two following organizations: Safety and Environmental Services.
The services provided will align to the service management processes and standards set by IT Delivery team. However, management can assign other projects & initiatives within the same organization.
The assignment requires highly skilled resources with profound knowledge of project management methodlogies such as Agile and Waterfall equipped with project management tools : JIRA, MS-Office, Visio, Sharepoint etc., and ability to perform Budget Planning and Cost Benefit Analysis for programs.
This candidate will be a seasoned resource with experience in different phases of SDLC, understanding of IT systems, integrated IT processes and technologies critical to deliver projects independently or in collaboration with cross-department teams at CLIENT TEAM.
Responsibilities
The Candidate shall be responsible for the daily overall management of Candidate Personnel activities related to the project work plan and shall work closely Service Integrators, as well as MSPs to develop the detailed project plan, perform project reviews, and coordinate efforts to accomplish the project tasks.
The candidate will be the single point of accountability to ensure that the project deliverables and key milestones are completed on schedule and with quality.
The Candidate shall be responsible for the daily overall management of Candidate Personnel activities related to the project work plan and shall work closely with CLIENT TEAM to develop the detailed project plan, perform project reviews, and coordinate efforts to accomplish the project tasks.

The CLIENT TEAM representative shall coordinate with Candidate, perform reviews, and coordinate efforts.
Ensure that its staff is available to provide such assistance, as reasonably requires and is given reasonable access to CLIENT management, as well as any members of its staff to enable to provide the Services
Provide all information and materials reasonably required to enable Services to be provided.
Review hours worked by the PM and approve the billed hours.
Candidate will deliver the following reports and attend the following meetings in connection with the Services provided under this SOW:
Weekly status reports for the overall project health, including scope, schedule and budget.
Monthly Management reporting to stakeholders (Business and IT)
Monthly Executive Update (Business and IT)
Stand-up meetings (30 min long)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computing Information Systems, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline.
Masters - Computer Science, Program, Project, or Portfolio Management or related field, preferred.
Seven to ten or more years of experience leading or handling IT projects with balanced business and technical knowledge to provide credible leadership to multi-function project teams including Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel.
Three to five or more years of experience as a Project Manager handling large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams with a proven track record of efficiently implementing software or cloud deployment projects using Waterfall methodologies.
Three or more years of experience leading project quality, including quality assurance, metrics, and quality controls.
Two or more years of professional work experience handling suppliers, service contracts, project metrics, and contracts to meet project objectives.
Project Management Professional (PMP)

Salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
