Edgewater is seeking qualified candidates for a Software Developer 4 (ServiceNow SME) opportunity for our customer in Los Alamos, NM to support the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Location: Hybrid or remote for the right candidate (onsite - TA-60 Bld 175)
Group/Organization: NIE-DO (9W000A)
Work Schedule: Flexible, 9/80
Positions Available: 1
Clearance: No clearance requirement

Position requires a Bachelorís Degree and a minimum of twelve years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected.

Required Software Knowledge and Certification:
ServiceNow Certifications

Experience with ServiceNow
Excellent Communication skills
Persuasive can win over strong personalities.

ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the expertise to work with technical teams on their internal incident process documentation with the goal of moving them into our enterprise ServiceNow application. Highly experienced in evaluating, documenting and implementing workflow processes. Works with customers and end users to understand requirements, coordinate resources, monitor timeline, and plan, track, and execute project plan.

Will need to implement 20 teams
Reorganization within several groups at LANL.
Separate ticketing systems and moving into 1 workflow.
