High pressure boiler operator with refrigeration.
$4000 per week
$95/day per diem
Strike
California
60 hours guaranteed per week

Requirements:
Minimum of 1-years field experience operating, maintaining, servicing, commissioning industrial ammonia systems.
&#61623;Experience with screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, diverse in troubleshooting and repairing of numerous issues with large and small refrigeration systems components and controls.
&#61623;Ability to troubleshoot systems and test components, using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic testing equipment
&#61623;Safe and efficient operation of high pressure boiler and water treatment systems
&#61623;Troubleshoot pump recirculating systems and liquid transfer systems
&#61623;Perform compressor and motor alignments
&#61623;Must pass the OSHA Respirator physical
&#61623;Expansion installing control valves, motors, pumps and various other mechanical devices. Install wiring to connect components to an electric power source
&#61623;Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
&#61623;Replace or repair valves, pumps, motor, gear boxes, bearings, shaft seals, mechanical seals on ammonia pumps and oil pumps
&#61623;Read electrical schematics to wire and troubleshoot circuits
&#61623;Troubleshoot 3 phase electrical motors and circuits
&#61623;Troubleshoot refrigeration control circuits
&#61623;Install and troubleshoot motor control circuits
&#61623;Connect motor leads on large horsepower compressor motors
&#61623;Perform partial system pump-downs
&#61623;Balance and manually defrost evaporators
&#61623;Commissioning/start up various Industrial equipment and components
&#61623;Troubleshoot computerized refrigeration control panels and microprocessors
&#61623;Experience with many types of refrigerants such as ammonia, and various types of Freon
&#61623;Properly select and install pressure gauges
&#61623;Calibrate pressure transducers on compressors
&#61623;Calibrate temperature probes on compressor rooms and evaporators
&#61623;Troubleshoot and repair auto purgers
&#61623;Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibration on ammonia sensors and alarm panels RETA CIRO Certification (a plus)
&#61623;Neat and accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation Other duties as required by management.
