RC Engineering and Construction Management is a growing company that is looking for a proven, experienced Project Manager/Client Service Manager to manage assignments under ID/IQ contracts for USACE MILCON and Civil Works projects throughout the Western US.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing multidisciplinary teams of technical, professional, and construction management staff working on multiple-concurrent projects at geographically diverse sites.
Managing project scope, schedule, and budget; leading customer negotiations; maintaining responsibility for project profitability and customer satisfaction; tracking and reporting on project activity
Serving as the direct point of contact to RC’s USACE customers, assuring customer responsiveness and satisfaction
Providing subject matter expertise and technical consulting to key clients, ensuring contract requirements are met, and customer expectations are met and exceeded
Apply your experience to analyze client requirements and develop creative solutions as well as utilize technical resources to complete an accurate and technically valid solution
You will also be responsible for overall Client Service Management, successfully developing, cultivating, and maintaining positive relationships with current and new customers to ensure outstanding customer service and develop additional business.
Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline
At least 15 years of experience in the A-E industry, at least 10 of those as a Project Manager
At least 5 years managing USACE projects; primarily MILCON-funded projects or a combination of MILCON and Civil Works projects
Experience and relationships with USACE districts in the Western US is highly desired
Active License or Professional Certification in engineering or construction management disciplines (e.g. PE, CMA, CCM, etc.) highly desired
Must have substantial, proven experience successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams of personnel located at geographically diverse sites concurrently
Proven ability to obtain highest customer satisfaction ratings, while effectively looking out for the company’s interests
Established positive relationships with USACE districts in the Western US highly desired
Periodic travel will be required
Candidate must be based in WA, OR, or CA, and will report to RC’s Richland, WA HQ. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.
