SKILLED COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN IN CARPENTRY, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL

(All around handyman type tradesman)

Responsibilities:

∑ Respond to work orders utilizing android app and properly document pertinent information through the life span of Work Order

∑ Prepare job scope-of-work to include time estimates and material requirements for repairs

∑ Perform general maintenance including but not limited to painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical

∑ Perform routine preventive maintenance for customers

∑ Oversee work performed by outside vendors as necessary

∑ Follow state and local building regulations and OSHA safety standards

∑ Actively participate in and complete all required training programs

∑ Estimate time and extent of repairs

∑ Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

∑ Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

∑ Skilled and well-rounded in all aspects of electrical, plumbing and carpentry

∑ Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

∑ Must have organizational skills and communication skills (written and verbal)

∑ Ability to conduct oneself with integrity and professionalism

∑ Proven experience working independently as well as part of a team

∑ Must be willing to travel within a 250 miles radius to service our customers

∑ Must be able to work long hours, weekend and holidays as needed - Deadline and detail-oriented-24 hour operation

∑ Due to the nature of our work all employees must pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and hold a valid Driverís License

∑ Familiarity with and ability to use smart phones and computer literate
