Currently seeking an experienced Foreman to join a leading Electrical Subcontractor based out of the Phoenix area. Direct Hire/Full time position with completive benefits.

Ideally looking for a Foreman based out of the Phoenix area but also is also willing to traveling for projects in the Southwest Region.

Job Description: An Electrical Foreman is given the authority to manage a project, complete it on budget and on time, while maintaining company Safety standards. It is of the utmost importance for our Foremen to take the measures needed and avoid injuries at all cost.

Potential projects include: Aviation, Commercial Office, Corrections / Justice, Data Centers, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality / Entertainment, Industrial / Manufacturing, Military / Government, Mining, Residential High-Rise, Senior Living, Solar, Sports Facilities, Water / Wastewater

Qualifications
•Develop the construction schedule for the overall project and continually monitor and adjust as needed.
•Ability to contribute to the installation or direct others during the installation and troubleshooting process.
•Ability to effectively coordinate manpower needs.
•Must be able to coordinate or place material orders after a competitive price comparison has been completed.
•Maintain compliance with company NFPA 70E policies, State, and Federal OSHA safety standards.
•Strong verbal, written, and recordkeeping skills.
•10+ years in the electrical trade
