[Millwright] Looking for Millwrights!!

Currently PLS is hiring Mechanical Millwrights for a project in Eureka, IL. This work will include working at heights. Installing conveyors as well as Agricultural Millwright Work. All work will be mechanical, with some possible welding. Need to be able to read and work from Blue Prints.

Job Description:

Mechanical Millwrights should be able to perform the following tasks.

Flange Un-bolting
Opening vessels, man-ways
Supporting up-bolted flanges and then bolting back up when everything is cleaned up by the cleaning company.
SMAW welding capabilities
Assemble units according to drawings or blue prints
Layout, assemble and align equipment
Work outside in all weather conditions

Job Requirements:

Have a VALID Driver License
Live a Drug Free life
Able to work at heights greater than 20’ from a scissor or boom lift
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to kneel, bend and stoop
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
Possess all necessary hand tools for personal use, including cordless impact
Have (or willing to get) OSHA 10 or 30

Wage: Depends on skill assessment testing. Ranges from $19 for Apprentice up to $28 for certified journeymen.

Per Diem: $85 for this project

Hours: We will work 6-10’s on this project

Duration: This project is scheduled to run from 8/19 thru 10/4/19. We have plenty of work available after the completion of this project.
