[Driver] Heavy Haul Truck Drivers Needed

Description:

Seeking experienced drivers to haul heavy equipment and components to and from a wind farm construction project site near Centralia, Washington. The duration of this position is estimated to last 6 months but is dependent on the project completion. Previous experience hauling heavy/oversize loads is required, preferrably in mountainous terrain and with loads up to 400,000 TGW. Per diem will be available and non-local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lowboy/Heavy Haul moving heavy equipment and project materials to project sites.
Proficient and knowledgeable of all State and Federal DOT regulations.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Proficient at and capable of proper cargo/load securement.
Load, unload and secure equipment for hauling to project locations. This includes lifting, carrying and pulling equipment of various size, shape and weight.
Additional tasks may be requested as needed to meet overall objectives.


Knowledge and Skills:

Must be experienced with heavy haul and oversize/overweight loads up to 400,000 TGW.
Lowboy experience.
Clean driving record.
CDL preferred, but not required.

Certifications:

Truck Driving Certification or 3+ years related experience
