Develop the master project schedule (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning). Integrate Supplier project schedule submittals into master schedule.
Review critical path, lag relationships, constraints, and milestones
Track all project issues as they relate to the master schedule and run diagnostics on Contractor schedules and master project schedule.
Interface with other groups to provide scheduling data for change order requests, bid comparisons, and resolving schedule problems. Perform detail schedule variance analysis.
Develop and maintain project metrics (progress curves, labor histograms, etc.)
Develop procurement and contracting schedule, budgets and tracking system for all owner contracts, OEM purchases and services agreements.
Manage change control process and maintain project baselines.
Establish project baseline schedules, budgets, incorporate approved changes and maintain project forecast cost and completion.
Consolidate estimate input from project participants to assemble an overall project estimate, baseline change estimates and cost studies.
Develop and/or implement project procedures as needed and project control requirements for contractors, suppliers and owners team.
Lead/support efforts to hold suppliers and contractors accountable to contract provisions and participate in claims development and processing.
Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of proposed change requests from suppliers and contractors.
Provide weekly/monthly status reports to project management and corporate.
Perform additional assignments at direction of site project leadership
