The AIM Implementation Specialist will be responsible for identifying equipment and asset information. They will partner with the facility maintenance crew (in each own discipline) to obtain equipment documents, manuals and other necessary files. Additionally, the AIM Implementation Specialist will be responsible for installation of AIM markers and tags.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently to investigate and retrieve necessary documents and manuals.
Communicate and partner with the Clientís Project Team.
Install appropriate tags onsite on Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC equipment.
Must be able to understand the technical documents and have the ability to edit the information into multiple document types, for client functionality.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Self-directed and able to independently manage time and projects in a fast-paced environment; results driven.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to gather, analyze and accurately interpret detailed information.
Experience with Construction Project Management preferred.
Valid Driverís License with a clean driving record.
Working knowledge of PDF using Bluebeam or comparable software.
Experience with document management systems preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
There is a minimal risk of injury. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours when production demand is at high levels.
