Trouble shoot and fix systems

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Travel to businesses daily as scheduled

Perform preventative maintenance on existing HVAC systems

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain commercial air conditioning and heating systems including:

1.Heat Pumps

2.Split Systems

3.Package Units

4.Ductless Splits

5.Boilers

6.Chillers

7.WSHP

8.Cooling Towers (Up to 20 Tons)

9.Daiken VRV

10.Electric motor controls (contactors, starters, replays, disconnects, thermostats etc.)

11.Humidifiers, air cleaners and other HVAC accessories

12. Roof Top commercial HVAC units

13. Recovery Machines

14. Vacuum Regulators

PROJECT:

Preventative Maintenance for a Pharmaceutical project in Lakewood NJ (Renaissance). Project needs someone to start before the end of the month.
