We are hiring experienced and entry-level construction technicians (laborers)
Our work is expanding. We are hiring people who want to work hard and get serious about their careers, their success, and their families' success. We are based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, but have projects in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, and Delaware. Work on a project during the week and be home for the weekend.

If you are willing to work hard and if you have the grit and determination to build a career with tools in your hand, you do. And we want to hear from you. We have room for entry-level and experienced construction technicians.
Here's what you'd do initially:
-Load and unload materials and equipment.
-Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes.
-Operate and tend to machinery and heavy equipment.
-Assist and learn from skilled tradespeople.
-Assist in the installation of fuel handling equipment for excavation and piping.
Here's what you could do if you are serious about the future:
-Become a skilled tradesperson.
-Learn how to supervise and manage.
-Increase your education
-Increase your income.
-Find a career home.
What do you need to join us?
-Be willing to work hard and work well on a team.
-Be a self-starter and willing to learn.
-Have the grit to stick with it.
-Knowledge of basic construction practices if applying for skilled work
-Be willing to travel in the Mid Atlantic for up to six weeks (at our expense, for food and hotels) Mon-Fri, and be home for the weekend Friday evening.
