Candidates considered for the carpenter role will be completing a tenant improvement of an existing facility. They are going to be building out an empty warehouse with office space, manufacturing/distribution space, and other projects required by the client. Candidates need to have 3-5 years of experience in carpentry. Experience in reading blueprints, installing fixtures, and knowledge in the skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) are preferred.

-5+ years verifiable experience as a Carpenter (applicants with less than 5 years will be assessed for experience level and be considered)
-Demonstrated ability to read and understand drawings and specifications as well as to contribute to creating as-built drawings
-Extensive knowledge in using hand and power tools
-Complete steel stud framing, drywall and finish interior walls
-Install windows, doors, acoustical ceilings, cabinetry, and trim
-Install locks, hardware, carpets, and specialty furniture
Like to Haves
-HVAC/sheet metal ducting install (not HVAC equipment, just the ducts)
-Interior electrical running (stringing wire and network cables, not electrician hookup)
-Operating scissor lifts, boom lifts and forklifts
