There are multiple different area's that the contractor will be involved in this position: Wood Cutting: The candidate will be working in the area that the lumber gets delivered too by a forklift. This person is going to be picking each piece up and measuring different lengths and then using a power saw to cut the wood. After the wood is cut to a specific dimension they will label the piece and stack in onto a different pallet. They will teach each candidate who to use the saw and how to specifically measure each piece. Catching Wood: In this area the contractor will be catching wood off a conveyor belt. They will be asked to stack the wood onto pallets. In some stations they will be taught how to use a small crane that will eliminate heavy lifting and stacking problems. CNC Wood Cutter: In this position they are going to be looking for the higher skilled candidates with a go getting attitude to run the Linear Saw machine called a Hund-Dinger. This positions is going to take someone who skilled on the computer and has high attention to detail. Finishers: In this position candidates will have use nail guns and tape measures to insure that the frames are ready and set to go for shipping.

MUST HAVES 6 +months of hand or power tool knowledge Able to bring steel toed boots, a hammer and tape measure on their first day. 100% verbal communication and ability to speak loud and clear Preform assigned tasks at safe but quick speed Must be able to read a tape measure
