Must Haves: 6+ months of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels Ability to lift 50+ lbs on daily basis Ability to demonstrate communication skills including: written, verbal, email, etc. Customer Service/Customer facing experience in previous roles The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of work including the preventative maintenance and assistance in repair of building and grounds in assigned areas.
