EPA certification

Experience changing compressors, coils, reading gauges, troubleshooting issues, repairing units, leaks, etc.

Removing and installing HVAC systems

Performing routine maintenance

Communicating with clients and customers

Ordering and maintaining equipment

Meeting local HVAC codes

1-2 years minimum experience with HVAC tech work

Ability to read prints

Commercial or industrial experience

General carpentry experience very strongly preferred

Skills:
