Looking for an apprentice electricians to work at a semiconductor facility. We wrap a 2 piece heat trace system on heated fore lines, exhausts and gas lines for various thin film, diffusion and furnace tools. We can go from chamber to sub fab pump rack and abatement. We utilize our own heat trace controller that the trades install and wire.
The rest of the installation is done by use it can entail the following:
-It can be working in the clean room, under the RMF (removable metal flooring).
-Climbing and working at heights in the subfab and on and around the pump racks and abatement cabinets.
We wire our system and commission our heat trace controllers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical build and assemble of equipment (preferred)
Sub Fab/Fab environment experience (preferred)
Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet either on or off a ladder
Ability to work in tight or confined spaces for extended amount of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
