Hiring General laborers in the Indianapolis market for one of the largest precast concrete companies in the area. The General Production role with is a very labor intensive role that consists of many components. The main function of the production team will be to clean, and prep forms for pours. The walls that are being formed can be in excess of 40 ft. long and 15 feet wide. Candidates will show up each morning and finish cleaning forms which consists of; scraping out excess concrete, sweeping up dust and debris, and spraying the forms.
Since each form is custom, candidates need to be able to read a tape measure, and blueprints to know where to build wood forms withing the form to create windows and doors in the forms. Candidates will need to have a general understanding of how to build wood frames for the forms.
4am-3:30pm (shift may begin at 5am depending on bay area)
10+ hours of Overtime a week
$15/hour for the first 90 days
$15.50/hour after brought on permanently
