REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up on service calls as assigned and ensure prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA).
Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot or diagnose service problems and repairs as needed. MUST be sure to check quality of all products i.e.: checking product levels, changing out flavors/ products as needed, cleaning around machines etc.
Maintain inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools and vehicle.
Review service orders and service performed with the FSM or supervisor.
Document all work performed and close out all activities upon completion.
In some locations, the Service Technician will be responsible for machine movement and various other duties as assigned.
HVAC- min. 2 years HVAC experience. Service experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift 55 lbs or more on a regular basis.
EPA Certification OR Apprentice License to handle a refrigeration
CFC Universal certification preferred
Refrigeration experience preferred- 6months- 1year
