Concrete carpenters will be responsible using Doka forms to build piers, supports, and columns for a mine processing plant in BC about 3 hours away from Vancouver, BC .
1. 2+ years of industrial formwork experience OR large scale commercial
2. 3rd year apprentice OR un-ticketed Journeyman carpenter
2. Reliable transportation
Project is at a Copper mine3 hours away from Vancouver, BC.This is an above ground mind so there is no underground work. Contractors will stay at a hotel and drive themselves 16 km every day to the job site. They will work 20 days on and 8 days off. These will be 10 hour shifts - which means a whole rotation will be 120 regular hours and 80 overtime hours.
$130 per day worked LOA
$120 in and $120 out for turnaround allowance (if from Alberta it would be $240 each way)
Wages pending experience.
Need is4 people on nights (hours pending) (Night premium - $1.50/hr)
Will need to pass a COVID test before going to site.
