STRUCTURE RESOURCES is seeking a high performing Talent Coordinator that specializes in skilled trade recruiting. You will perform Talent Attraction and Retention activities while ensuring the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured. This role will utilize a variety of methods to attract and secure top-tier candidates. It will also actively research and identify new approaches to source potential candidates. In addition, the position will focus heavily on networking and will develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills as well as effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our Craft Team Members who are our most valued resource
Attract and Retain high performing skilled Craft Team Members
Help ensure we are performing at the highest levels of safety awareness, integrity, and efficiency.
Effectively fill open positions by screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees
Assist with the documentation and maintaining of employee records
Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media
Update clients and managing partner on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations
Counsel the candidate on benefits, salary, and environment
Experience involving conflict resolution, skilled trade staff management, disciplinary action, and termination
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
Attend local professional meetings and memberships development meetings
Place high volume of outgoing calls to screen potential candidates for employment

Key Skillsets:

Required 3-5 Years experience in commercial industrial recruiting for electrical and mechanical skilled trades
Intermediate to advanced skillset with computers and computer software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Able to efficiently address and complete multiple complicated tasks simultaneously
Proven people and process management skills
Knowledge of reporting procedures and employment laws
Must have initiative, be a team player and adapt to duties assigned

Work Location:

Reside in Indianapolis, IN
30% Travel or whenever needed to attract and support Craft Team Members
