FACILITY COORDINATOR

Position Summary: Jorgensen has an immediate opening for an experienced Facility Coordinator in support of corporate owned/leased properties in Overland Park, KC. We desire an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service and with technical skill sets and aptitude for facilities maintenance, mail services and work order systems. Must be customer service oriented, be a self-starter, have professional manner, be able to make informed decisions, and have a willingness to learn.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in corporate real estate and facility management environment
Ability to interface with customers (communications, problem solving, work prioritization & scheduling)
Minimum 3 years' experience with an accounting and purchase order management systems
Familiarity with JDE and CMMS systems a plus
MS Office products required
Reliability and flexibility

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
College education preferred
Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. Criminal record and controlled substance/drug testing)
Practical work experience
Exhibit strong customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Self-starter with a professional manner
Neat, clean and presentable appearance
Ability to adjust to dynamic work environment

Schedule:
Full time, exempt

Salary:
Based on experience
