This person will be responsible for maintaining all building equipment and identifying potential improvements for operational efficiency within a 900,000 square feet commercial space. You will be expected to perform advanced, hands-on operation and maintenance of all building-related equipment and systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation and control systems, and fire/life/safety.
Responsibilities include conducting operation and maintenance according to best practice and in compliance with all safety procedures, conducting building rounds and maintaining logs, reading and documentation related to equipment.
* Commercial Building Engineer experience (Hospitals, Office Space, etc.)
* Commercial HVAC experience
* Previous experience processing work orders through a CMMS system
* Customer Service/Facing experience - working in and around other's workspaces
* EPA Universal Certification
* HVAC/R Certification
