The Carpenter will be traveling around to various different jobs on the North side of Indianapolis outside I-465 loop. Their job duties will be as follows: Punch list items(All general repairs): -Painting/Caulking(Inside and Outside) -Drywall/Drywall Patching -Drywall Finishing -Nail Pops -Textured Ceilings(Using a brush) -Casing/Casework -Wood Trim Work -Quarter Round -Crown Molding -Fillers for crown molding -Cabinets/Hardware for cabinets -Set Windows(Wood) -Doors(Wood)/Hardware for Doors.....door knob, hinges -Basic Electrical(Troubleshoot outlets, Lighting, etc.) *Do not have to be proficient but basic knowledge is required. Example) Have they dropped/installed a toilet before....if so how recent? -Tile Work -Hand Rails(Wood) -Flooring installation(Wood and Laminate) -Outdoor Siding/Hardie Board -Moving furniture/equipment out/aside in working areas -Making sure designated work area is clean at all times

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVES: *3-5+ years experience in residential carpentry running work on their own. *Must be proficient in all job description duties *Valid drivers license *Own truck so they can transport building material needed for each work order *Proficient with technology specific to navigating an application they have to pull and carry out work orders. *Comfortable and experienced in professional communication with home owner they are performing work orders at. NICE TO HAVES: +Finish a basement from start to finish +Remodel Kitchen/Bathroom from start to finish +Up to date on Building Codes +OSHA Training DISQUAL: Someone that has worked outside as a rough carpenter the majority of their career has not worked out in the past. The need more of a finish carpenter with inside experience. Not looking for Commercial Carpenters.
