Aerotek is looking for multiple carpenters in the Fort Wayne area for long-term and short-term projects. These individuals should expect to be working inside around both new construction and finishing projects. Individuals should expect to get dirty on the job site. Our client does design, project management, and building management. Individuals should come in with the expectation that they will do a little bit of everything. They will have a part in DAILY clean up of the job site as well as set up, Framing, Doors, Hardware, drywall, metal studs, flooring, cabinetry work, trim work, counter tops, etc. They will start off in a carpentry role, but there is room for advancement into foremen roles, superintendent roles, and Project Management roles.
Finish Carpenter, Construction, Carpenter
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Carpentry Experience
- Sense of urgency
- Basic Hand Tools: i.e. Screw gun, speed squares, hammer, screw drivers, pliers, saws, tape measures.
+5 years commercial carpentry experience
+ Foremen experience
M-F, 7am-3:30-pm, Some Saturdays as needed
Working straight 40's right now, and OT as needed.
Work Boots, Jeans and T-Shirt. No holes in Jeans, No holes in shirts, Shirts have to have sleeves.
