Candidates will be servicing and maintaining anything from heavy construction equipment to small engines, end dumps, trailers, etc.
Mostly minor repairs as any major overhaul would be sent somewhere else.
Candidates may be asked to weld and use a cutting torch as needed.
They will also need to keep track of maintenance files, parts inventory, etc.
They are mainly looking for someone who is mechanically inclined and may have some prior experience working on heavy equipment such as construction or farm equipment.
They are willing to teach a lot of their skills as long as the candidate is willing to learn.
Candidate must also have or be willing to obtain a Class A CDL, which they will help them obtain.
