Electrical Superintendent (JP-002228339)

-Five years of experience in electrical field.

-Ability to effectively lead a team.

-Resource management includes equipment, materials, and personnel.

-Understanding of OSHA guidelines.

-Proficiency in blueprint reading, including one-line and three-line electrical diagrams.

-Technical proficiency and attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000-$80,000/yr

Shift: 7-3:30PM

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Work with the solar team to understand project requirements, schedules, & budgets.

In conjunction with project manager, order necessary equipment and materials.

Direct solar team and/or subcontractors to construct project, including:

o Set up all project safety measures including controlled access zones, temporary guardrails, etc. Ensure that the project safety measures are maintained at all times.

o Install mechanical portion of solar project racking, modules, ballast, attachments, etc.

o Install DC electrical rapid shutdown devices, wire management, home runs, inverters, etc.

o Install low voltage AC electrical panelboards, combiners, conduit, etc.

o Install monitoring equipment and weather stations.

Provide management with accurate and detailed progress updates.

Work with our project manager to regularly review budgets versus actual costs.

Conduct QA/QC audits on active and completed projects.

Assist project manager and O&M team to effectively close-out projects.
