Job Requirements:
Team player attitude
Proficient at basic math
Proficient at using basic hand and power tools
Safety operates and work from scissor lift (training and certification provided by PLS)
Follow directions
This position requires 100% travel
Ability to lift to 50lbs and work at heights up to 40ft
Ability to stand or walk on concrete or steel grating for an entire shift and willing to work continuous 58-hour work weeks
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to project sites
Advanced Rigging
Proficient with symbols, layout & parts information from blueprints
Layout and install of equipment, conveyor, platforms, and air supply trunk lines w/o assistance
Track a belt
Splice belts
Perform advanced troubleshooting including misalignment, belts and bearings
Operate conveyor equipment/machinery through trial runs to ensure that quality and conveyor rates meet specifications
Pull parts based on the ISC parts manual (bible) book that comes with conveyor if assisted
Proficient using laser alignments to layout conveyors or equipment Have a desire to learn and move up in the organization
Efficiently use manpower, resources & available material to complete an install
Must have at least 3 years of verifiable conveyor and equipment installation experience
Must have 6 months of verifiable team/crew lead experience

PPE and Attire:
Candidates must provide and are required to always wear steel toe safety shoes.
Hard Hat (provided by PLS)
Safety Vest (provided by PLS)
Cut-resistant gloves (provided by PLS)
Jeans/work pants
No skirts or shorts
No overly loose or tight garments
Long hair always tied up while onsite
No earbuds are allowed on active work site
