Junior HR Consultant – Boston, MA


Our client is seeking a Junior HR Consultant to work within their facilities located in Boston, MA, for a 6 months hybrid assignment.

As a Junior HR Consultant, you’ll be handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, amongst other things. When our client managers recruit new employees assisted by talent acquisition partners, they ensure that the positions are advertised, candidates are invited to job interviews, test links are sent, and the recruitment system is updated. If you enjoy interacting with many different stakeholders and thrive on being part of an administrative back-office function.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling the recruitment process in the recruitment system, creating recruitment projects, keeping these updated throughout the process, and, finally, completing them when the project is closed
Booking candidates for interviews and managing invitations for assessments, facilitating pre-employment processes, incl. background screenings, I-9, and onboarding
Handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners
Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation, ensuring integrity and confidentiality
Supporting HR business partners and talent specialists with coordination and management of internship and rotational programs.


Required Skills:

Bachelor´s degree in a related field, combined with equivalent experience within talent acquisition operations
2-3 years of talent acquisition operation experience, incl. interview scheduling, pre-employment processes, background screening, and I-9 processing
Experienced in working with talent acquisition processes, administrative tasks, Excel, Outlook, and correspondence via email
Enjoy having many ongoing tasks at the same time and can handle these professionally
Have excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a global setting, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy and professionalism
Communicate effectively and smoothly in English, both verbally and in writing.
