Construction Supervisor | Palm Springs | $60-70,000 DOE
Full-Time Evening Shift, On-Site, Weekend Availability Required
We are actively seeking a Construction Supervisor to join a fast-growing company in the telecommunications industry to train, supervise, and lead employees to work safely and productively. To be successful in this position you will bring a combination of outstanding attention to detail, a goal-oriented management, and a proven track record of excellent CATV construction and supervisory experience. Summary of Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team to ensure that all CATV projects are completed by deadlines with customer satisfaction in mind
• Provide OTJ training for employees on construction practices and ensure all employees are working safely and productively
• Review and approve daily production reports, material usage sheets, and work hours
• Perform audits of construction operations to ensure compliance of safety regulations and project specifications
• Prevent and resolve complaints with worksite property owners
Qualifications:
• 5+ years industry experience with 3+ years management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in telecommunication construction field a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
