Accounts Payable Coordinator

Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to code vendor invoices. Candidate must be detail oriented, problem solver, possess excellent customer contact and computer skills (Word, Excel, general), with a preference for accounts payable processing.

Responsibilities:

• Code vendor invoices
• Vendor invoice issue resolution and problem solving
• Vendor account reconciliations

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma - preference for some advanced schooling
• Job cost accounting experience a plus
• Good general computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, General
• Excellent organization and independent work skills
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to perform basic math skills including calculations using fractions, percents, and/or ratios

Schedule: Full time, Monday- Friday. Reporting to corporate office daily, located in Buckeystown, MD.

Salary Range: $21-23/hr depending on experience
