ISO Engineering Manager for North Carolina Mining Project.
Long Term Position / Excellent Compensation Package

Reporting to Project Director
Job Purpose:
Develop roadmap of growth projects required to meet business requirements, i.e. meet the planned production ramp-up profile
Manage front end loading engineering from Gate 1 to Gate 4, at which point the projects go to into Execution under management of the Area Project Managers
Manage planned and actual project cost, schedule and benefits/ ramp-up curves.

Requirements:
Master degree in technical area, preferably Chemical Engineering /
Business degree
15+ years experience in engineering/ engineering management in mining
Proven track record in study management/ front end project management
PMP certification a plus.
