Mechanical Assistant Project Manager- Guam

We are looking for an assistant project manager to help run multiple jobs, scopes to include fire protection, plumbing, air/water side HVAC. Helping the PM to manage their share of superintendents, 100+ foreign nationals, and logistics department. Computer skills to access project documents required using iPad or laptop. Duration: Permanent

Duties

Monitor project schedule;

Organizing crews and ensuring they are working on their daily tasks;

Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules;

Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting; specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays;

Checking materials, prepare Requisition for materials needed;

Enforce all safety rules and procedures and rectifies job site hazards in a timely manner;

Conducts safety meetings and prepares and files minutes;

Participates in establishing goals and objectives for the field operations of the Company.

All Guam positions generally have the following:

Must pass background check to enter Gov’t facilities
