This position is responsible for the administration and management of the companyís contracts. This includes working with the staff, Operation Manager, Project Managers and Contracting Officers to insure a smooth transition into new contracts as well as continued excellent service throughout the life of the contract. Responsible for compliance of all FARís and company policies and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assist with proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and administration of contracting activities including project setup and maintenance in the ERP software.
Interact with customer/government representatives and Project Managers to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures and procurement regulations.
Manage communication with customer/government representatives on each contract. Perform as the primary contact for the company.
Manage efforts to achieve customer satisfaction through positive customer support.
Analyzes and reviews contract requirements to determine contractual obligations and provide continual review and administration to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that any problems are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Monitor contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, contract data reporting requirements and other contractual requirements.
Make necessary inquiries regarding contract terms and conditions, obligations and modifications and keep the program management staff, accounting staff and executive management apprised through contract briefs as Modifications are issued.
Interact with customers/government representatives and business development department in pre-contract discussions, and contract changes.
Manages contracts changes to include the interpreting requirements of the contract, understanding the customersí requests, obtain approval from the President and managing the process of generating the request for equitable adjustment from inception through customer negotiation and acceptance.
Responsible for identifying and completing contractual report requirements.
Participates on committees and special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field desired with a minimum of 3-5 years of extensive Contract Administration
