Tradesmen International is looking for Pipefitters, Pipe Welders, Structural Welders, Industrial Electricians and Industrial Painters for temp to perm positions in Browns Summit, NC and High Point, NC

In-person interviews along with background and drug screening are required prior to starting work - for all Trades - Welders will do weld tests (specific tests listed below)

Trade: Pipe Fitter - 5+ years of industrial experience
Duration: Long Term - Temp to hire
Pay: Up to $29/hr
Scope:
• Install industrial piping systems: chill water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed water
• Read blueprints and submittals
• Fabricate pipe supports and spool copper lines
• Work independently and problem solve
• Repair, cap, and test all types of plumbing piping

Trade: Pipe Welder - 5+ years of experience
Duration: Long Term - Temp to hire
Pay: Up to $29/hr
Scope:
• Weld in various positions according to safety-oriented procedures
• Perform 100% weld quality in all positions
• Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
• Install and repair various equipment and components
• Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Weld Test: Carbon Steel Schedule 40 Pipe, open root joint, and in the 6G fixed position; welds performed must meet ASME Sec IX Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements

Trade: Structural Welder - 2+ years of experience
Duration: Long Term - Temp to hire
Pay: Up to $22/hr
Scope:
• Experience welding structural steel members using (MIG) wire feed processes
• Ability to understand weld symbols and testing requirements
• Understand and follow proper safety instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Experienced in 3G and 4G position welding
• Other duties may be added as needed by supervision
Weld Test: 3G and 4G weld test using GMAW process on 3/8“ material

Trade: Industrial Electrician - 5+ years of experience
Duration: Long Term - Temp to hire
Pay: Up to $25/hr
Scope:
• Bend and install conduit (Rigid, IMC, EMT) with minimal supervision
• Pull and terminate wiring to electrical devices
• Read and comprehend shop drawings and schematics
• Oversee team(s) of mechanics and helpers
• Comprehend NEC codes
• Test electrical components for proper functionality
• Install control wiring and components
• Maintain flexibility with assigned tasks
• Follow proper safety instructions
• Work in a team environment
• Perform other duties as needed

Trade: Industrial Painter - 5+ years of experience
Duration: Long Term - Temp to Hire
Pay: up to $25/hr
Scope:
• apply protective coatings or decorative finishes to surfaces such as machinery equipment infrastructure buildings and other industrial structures.
