We are looking for a Project Controls Scheduler in Augusta, GA.

The Project Controls Scheduler should have 5+ years' experience understanding and creating Construction Schedules utilizing MS Project and P6. Pay is DOE starting at $60,000+ per year with overtime opportunity. Per diem is available for qualified travelers and is paid on a weekly basis.

Job Duties:
-Completes detailed calculations to verify system design meets code and standard requirements.
-Participates in pre/post project design meeting and attends customer/site coordination meetings, as applicable.
-Develops bill of materials to facilitate construction.
-Provides support to Project Managers when orders have been received to assist in maintaining and/or improving project margins.
-Development, maintenance, and monitoring of construction CPM Schedule(s).
-Review project documents and specifications to accurately develop baseline schedules which include all required dates, activities, and milestones.
-Perform progress schedule updates to include comprehensive reporting and narratives.

Qualifications:
-Proficient in reading and understanding Engineering, Architectural, Structural, and Electrical diagrams.
-Advanced understanding of Electrical systems and their interface.
-Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including, Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and Primavera P6.
-Effective written and oral communications.
-Ability to work a full-time schedule.
-Demonstrated ability in drafting/CAD, computer skills estimating/pricing, and project management.
-Experience developing construction project schedules.
-Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
