Our client is currently hiring a Piping Superintendent for Industrial work in Morristown, IN. The current project is scheduled for 6+ months, working 50+ hours Monday- Friday with additional OT as production requires.

Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience running crews of 50+ employees
Ability to read and understand drawings & specifications, engineering iso’s, spool sheets, P&ID’s, etc
Manage materials for jobsite location/project within new construction Industrial settings.
Should be proficient with Blueprints, Engineering Prints, Measurements, layouts, etc.
5+ years’ experience in similar role
Experience as a Pipefitter or tradesman preferred
Review contractors Potential Change Order/verify cost aligns with unit rate pricing. Update the PCO Log as needed.
The track field routed quantities and verified cost aligns with unit rate pricing.
Receive and review contractor Earned Value Progress Measurement System weekly update (This includes auditing quantities and unit rates.)
Receive Contractor information and update weekly meeting requirements.

Verify that contractor turn in monthly safety audits
Support Coordinator when off site for personal time (for piping only)
Attend Contractor 3:00 PM coordination meetings.
Support the piping quantity bid true-up for all packages.
Audit PJHA and Permits from the previous day to ensure all sign offs are captured.
