Deputy Program Planning Manager (Part Time/Remote)-Job 173031

This is part-time work about 20 hours a week.
Will be able to work remote from home and travel to designated areas performing planning functions for Disaster Mass Care Project Planning supporting FEMA.
Works closely with the Program Manager and the Field Management Team PMs to ensure contract compliance and successful completion of contracted work.
Responsible for immediate response for disaster relief project, including mobilization of key staff.
Communication of appropriate directives and procedures to field managers and staff.
Lead the Evaluations and Assessments process and update the plan accordingly.
Work closely with the Program Manager and the field PMs to consistently improve processes and procedures.
Document and present lessons learned and assessment results.
Management support to Field Management Team PMs.
Along with the Program Manager, oversees the daily operational field activities and provides feedback to PM and PD.
As the responsible manager for training readiness, evaluations, and assessments, the DPM will present evaluation and assessment outcomes and findings along with recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Primary responsibilities in operations and planning.
Assist PM with the financial management of the project.

Red Cross experience a Plus
Mass Care experience a Plus
Company engineering experience a Plus
Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Extensive PM experience.
Disaster Relief project experience highly preferred.
