[Project Manager] airswift new opportunity

Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to work for a 1 year contract in Richland, WA.

This position will support company’s management and development of its electric vehicle charging station network, demand side management, response programs, support of various programs and projects within Energy Services & Development.


The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing large scale outage and on-line projects leading teams from 5 - 15 people.
Will establish priorities within projects and maintains a general knowledge of all aspects of the projects within responsibility scope.
Additionally, this project manager position directs the activities of the project high impact teams (HIT) and directs the activities of the implementation team associated with the project
Will maintain a broad knowledge base of new technologies and industry trends as related to assigned projects
Monitor the processes, projects and recommend changes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Manage project budgets, interacting closely with the finance organization and the project controls group
Coordinate with other project and line managers.
Arrangement of project financing
Coordination with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services for operating cost projections and project transition plans and checklists
Arranging for construction management services.
Hiring and managing of outside technical and environmental consultants
Identify and mitigate risk association with scope, schedule, and budget
Responsible for cost estimates, permitting, bid preparation, construction and commissioning of electric vehicle charging stations.
Manage utility construction process with local utilities.
Interface with external agencies such as site hosts, equipment and network providers, partner organizations, local government, and granting agencies.
Comprehensive understanding of EV charging infrastructure preferred as well as renewable energy and battery energy storage systems.
Working knowledge of National Electrical Code, building Codes and ADA.
Responsible for safety and quality at job sites.
PMP certification desired but not required
