Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid or Remote)


Under general supervision of a lead or manager, will help to carry projects from the earliest stages of concept and development through to successful, on-time completion as measured by achievement of metrics. Provides support in developing and executing communication plans and initiatives to support business objectives. Expected to understand client needs and help to develop communication solutions. Specific responsibilities include assisting with communication planning, developing key messages, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging, following established processes, demonstrating discipline and organization in executing assignments and plans, contributing to great relationships with clients and co-workers and communicating effectively with them, using metrics to track performance and progress. May perform work in other M&C functions as assigned.
Qualifications: • 3 or more years relevant experience required; experience in multiple disciplines preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.) required • Expected to demonstrate expertise through writing and editing tests • Demonstrated discipline in project execution • Strong writing, verbal, editing, presentation, and overall communication skills • Strong dedication to customer service; the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to meet the demands of internal clients and demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for their business • Sound business and financial acumen • Ability to perform market research & analytics • A talent for creative thinking and problem solving • Ability to follow critical business processes to ensure quality and timely execution of initiatives • Ability to multitask and maintain high performance under extreme pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

NextEra Mobility is accelerating the electrification of fleets by offering integrated solutions spanning charging, renewables, advisory, and software. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager, and will support corporate marketing activity along with campaigns and initiatives for specific solutions for NextEra Mobility, working closely with both with the NextEra Energy Resources Marketing and Communications team and with stakeholders across the NextEra Mobility team.
The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities will include:
• Project manage integrated/multi-channel marketing campaigns involving colleagues from across different elements of the overall Marketing function
• Coordinate/manage events and sponsorships such as seminars, webinars, and conferences
• Oversee development and inventory of brochures and other marketing collateral
• Prepare/update website content
• Prepare/help execute content for social media campaigns
• Assist with CRM initiatives, including data entry, data management for marketing campaigns and reporting
• Coordinate logistics for branded merchandise and other physical branded/marketing items
• Assist with development of email marketing content and email nurture campaign content
