System One is currently seeking an Electrical Inspector/Superintendent on a 12 month contract position located in Becker, MN.

Electrical Inspector/Superintendent Responsibilities:
This position will be for a solar project.
Responsibilities include the construction and commissioning of high voltage substations associated with the solar project.
Daily meetings where the team/individual is involved in the communication and planning for installation and commissioning of the entire substation.
Coordination meetings with transmission installation and with substation construction
Will also be working in the office doing research, planning and review of execution plans, lack of takeout plans, commissioning plans, etc.
In the field verifying that the contractors are installing and executing per plan.

Electrical Inspector/Superintendent Requirements:
Adobe Pro, Procore/PM Web software
Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office
5-7 years of previous high voltage electrical experience/background.
Previous knowledge of high voltage electricity, substations, transmission lines and their associated components when they walk in the door.
5-7 years of substation construction and commissioning experience with high voltage energy installations.
Equipment installations and the theoretical understanding how switching and that kind of stuff works.
Strong communication skills.

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $55-58/hr
