360X Staffing is hiring for Licensed Journeyman Electricians in Pamplin, VA.

Pay: $35-40/hr DOE + $100 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians to assist with and lead teams on a utility-scale solar project. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their leadership skills and have hands-on experience with solar electrical systems

Responsibilities:

Assist with and lead crews of 2-6 team members on-site
Pull and terminate wire for solar systems
Install and connect DC combiners and inverters
Work with trenching crews to install conduit
Mount and install electrical enclosures
Ensure compliance with all electrical codes and project safety standards
Communicate with site supervisors and support team coordination

Requirements:

Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Experience in solar installation, especially wire pulls, terminations, and DC systems
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage small teams
Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Must provide own basic hand tools and PPE

Working Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
