Our DCA Field Site Leads primarily drive field data collection crew members, schedule and assign resources accordingly. They provide direction, perform field observations, work measurement and data collection for various reporting requirements. Field Site Leads report directly to the Field Work Stream Leads who manage multiple work sites under a single work stream. Typical work week is 40-50 hours per week. We work on various client sites and are seeking individuals with preference for individuals located in the New York / New Jersey area.
We are a proven management consultancy specializing in Workforce Performance and productivity improvement, through the training, implementation and application oversight of ISO-55000/1/2. We help our clients achieve long-term operational success through proven methodologies and extensive field experience all in compliance with ISO-55000/1/2. Our qualifications are established both by our satisfied clients, and by the personal experience of our consultants.
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
People Skills - Being able to engage and drive field crews. Skilled in conflict resolution
Time Study / Data Collection / Quality Control / Crew Management
Engineered Labor Standards

Electrical, Mechanical, I&C, Industrial, Civil Engineers, Technologists, Technicians
